It is complicated and hard to make correct configuration for a screen mirrow with my mobil. Not at all intuitive and the most important issue for mobile and outdoor use
On May 31, 2024, I ordered Capsule 3 Laser and paid 649.99€ on the same day. On June 10, instead of Capsule 3 Laser, I received a box of cat food and 3 bags with unknown contents. Immediately after opening the package, I took a photo of the contents and sent Nebula a request to replace the cat food for my order. On June 12, upon request, Nebula sent additional videos of the package. On June 12 at 19:16, Nebula indicated that they would provide an answer to my request within 24 hours. However, more than a week later, there is no answer to my question; the Capsule 3 Laser I paid for has not been delivered. I strongly advise against buying Nebula products, because they do not deliver them and are not interested in a quick and peaceful resolution of incidents.

I am extremely disappointed as I have ordered two items - the Capsula 3 Laser and a tripod for it. However, I only got the project and still have not received the tripod. I have opened case with your support and have clarified in 4 mails that I have a missing item from my order. I still don`t have feedback.
I am absolutely disappointed by the lack of responsiveness and care. I would never recommend you !
Perfect product and perfect seller
I bought the Capsule 3 Laser based on guidance that it would work even in reasonably bright settings. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case, the projection was barely visible at dusk time and I needed to wait for it to get much darker to get proper use
