The screen doesn't drop down as far as I'd like. It is at the very top of our ceiling and so the picture has to be at the very top. I would like it more centered on the wall but then I'd have to install it lower and that's not very aesthetically pleasing. Then it curls on the sides. So that's annoying. Then when we close it by selecting the up arrow on the remote it automatically keeps retracting and it starts making an awful noise like someone left the garbage disposal on. You would think it would automatically stop itself. So it kinda reminds me of that feeling you get when you are going to open a can of biscuits and you know it's going to pop. So be ready to pause it as soon as it reaches its fully retracted position.

I have a projector screen at work and it doesn't have these issues so I know it's doable.
